Tomem cuidado a senhora faz se passar por uma inglesa e vem sempre com a mesma historia dizendo que é de Inglaterra, trabalha na grafic design, tem 53 anos, uma filha de 28 anos e um lavrador.
Começa sempre contar um pouco dela que comprou o apartamento para a filha aquando dos seus estudos e que agora regressou para a Inglaterra outra vez, Informou também que tinha uma solução para proceder ao aluguer do mesmo, através do serviço TNT Express. Já detectei vários anúncios deste tipo. O que me revolta mais é que uma pessoa anda realmente à procura de um apartamento em condições e aparece este tipo de pessoas a pensar que somos algumas burras.
Deixo algumas dicas:
-Nunca alugar o apartamento sem antes de ver
-Sempre que o anuncio não tem numero de telefone/telemóvel ou até tem numero mas não está atribuído é porque é uma fraude
- Nunca enviar o dinheiro sem antes de assinar o contrato ou ter as chaves
- Quando o proprietário é inglês e começar sempre com o seguinte e-mail:
I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment for rent. I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Portugal, but now she’s back home permanently, so I’m renting the place for unlimited time.

As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now, a little bit about myself: My name is Macaria Calabrese and I’m a 53 years old graphic designer from Liverpool, planning to retire in the next 2-3 years. I have a lovely husband Larry and a 28 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I’m going to be a grandmother. Another 2 members of our family are an 6 year old Labrador and a little kitten which we all love, so, I won’t mind if you will keep pets.
The only inconvenience is that my job doesn’t allow me to leave Liverpool even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I’m in charge of their training.But this won’t affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Liverpool (on my expense of course) but I found an alternate solution in order to close the transaction safe for the both of us, it is an international delivery solution called TNT Express Customised Special Delivery Services, they will provide assistance in handling the payment and delivery of the Keys and Lease Agreement. With this procedure you will be able o check the apartment before I receive the payment. I have 1 more person interested in renting the apartment so please send me your full name and address ASAP if you are ready to rent it .
The first person that will send me the details for the lease agreement will be the new tenant . The only inconvenience is that my job doesn’t allow me to leave Liverpool even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I’m in charge of their training.
But this won’t affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Liverpool (on my expense of course).

No Brasil esta pessoa tem se apresentado tambem como ANA LUDWIN (analudwin@hotmail.com)e sua trupe, DAVID GUTER (apresentando como agente da empresa Moneybookers) e patraulea.trandafire@gmail.com em nome de MoneyBookers (financial@moneybookers-transactions.co.uk), sao estelionatarios que estão se aproveitando de pessoas que estão em busca de um imovel para alugar.
Eles postam anuncios em sites de busca de imoveis, apresentam um imovel lindo a um preço bem mais baixo que o mercado.
Enviando um e-mail com interesse no imovel uma pessoa responde em Ingles, se dizendo ser do Reino Unido, contam uma estoria bem bonita dizendo que tem um imovel em SP do qual precisam alugar e pedem informações suas também. Caso vc demonstre interesse, eles enviam um e-mail de que então, irão retirar o anuncio do site e dizem que encontraram uma maneira segura de fazerem o negocio, ja que não estão no Brasil. Eles irão indicar a empresa Moneybooker.com, que é uma empresa que existe mesmo – vc deve fazer o depósito para esta empresa via Western Union (empresa que faz transferencia internacional de dinheiro e é idonea). Eles enviam um falso e-mail em nome do Moneybookers dizendo informando o nome do agente (pessoa) que receberá o dinheiro no Reino Unido. Na teoria, esta empresa seguraria o dinheiro, enviaria a chave e contrato para a pessoa interessada e em 2 dias, a pessoa deveria dizer se ficaria ou nao com o apartamento. Caso resolvesse nao ficar, a empresa retornaria o valor para a pessoa interessada.
Infelizmente perdi dinheiro, mas gostaria de nao perder a oportunidade de divulgar estes criminosos para que outras pessoas não caiam neste golpe.
Outra coisa, esses salafrários mudam de nome o tempo todo e as vezes mudam também um pouco da estoria contada.
Caso alguem precise, posso encaminhar os e-mails trocados para que comparem, caso estejam em negociação com algo parecido.

Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I’m in Rome / Italy already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 270 EUR + 270 security deposit ( kaution ) = (540 euro), with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you.You pay this money just for this time and every month you pay just 270 euro . Esta senhora já percorreu o país inteiro com propriedades! Agora é em Setúbal, mas o nome é diferente, Maria Belluci! Ainda bem que me lembrei de pesquisar no Google, à semelhança do que fez a Ana, e encontrei esta informação. Não pesquisei pelo nome, mas sim pelos restantes dados de contacto. Bem, eu também acabei mesmo agora de responder a essa Sra Mariana, que vive e, Itália e tem 1 T2 aqui em Cascais….e referi que gostaria de saber como é que ela pensava resolver a situação, porque eu apenas daria o dinheiro dos 2 meses se visse 1º o dito T2 e tivesse a certeza que ela era a proprietária, porque há uns meses atrás 1 fulano pportuguês também tinha tentado aluga-me 1 T1 mobilado c/ vista para a Baía de Cascais, mesmo perto desta e depois de ter conversado simpáticamente comigo e ter evidenciado que confiava em mim, no dia seguinte já me dizia que eu teria que entregar os 500 euros ao primo, porque como ele era médico ( são sempre gente muito ocupada e vivem sempre longe)e vivia no Porto, não poderia vir nesse momento. Claro que de início nós estamos ainda meio anestasiados e queremos acreditar que fomos abençoados c/ 1 sorte daquelas, mas no dia a seguir pensamos e Graças a Deus, penso que a maioria faz pesquisas e acaba por descobrir que quase que ia no conto do vigário;))
No outro dia foi c/ 1 móvel antigo que eu tentava vender…era 1 Inglesa muito simpática, que queria oferecer o dito á filha que estudava nos States e pensava gastar dinheiro no transporte para o enviar como presente….eu estranhei, mas como prefiro dar sempre o benefício da dúvida, ainda pensei: é 1 excêntrica!, mas que tenho eu a ver c/ isso?!!! Desde que ela me pague o móvel. Mas depressa me apercebi que era 1 tentativa de fraude, porque ela fazia-me chegar 2 emails para eu pagar ao Banco 1º o correspondente ao que a Compª Transportes receberia, visto que ela teria depositado tudo junto…e eu depois de transferir pela Wester Union, o banco depositava-me na minha conta a minha importência. Eu como não gosto que me4 façam gastar e como sou desconfiada, ainda lhe disse que não, só queria receber a minha parte, ela que se arranjasse…e ela sempre c/ pressa, enfim!, livrei-me doutra fraude.
E como estas, muitas outras formas de vigarice devem andar por aí. Agora a moda é escreverem-nos em Inglês e quando estão longe de nós, há que dseconfiar e não pagarmos nada sem 1º nos provarem a autenticidade da história que contarem.
Agora estou à espera da resposta dela, mas claro que já sei o que é;))

Também vi esse anúncio e contactei-a. Respondeu-me dizendo o que já foi referido. Ia pedir-lhe agora o número de contribuinte e o nome completo dela, para me informar através das finanças se ela é a proprietária. Mas pensei, vou meter o nome dela no google e assim cheguei aqui…
Claro que sempre desconfiei do anúncio e mesmo que fosse a proprietária queria ver primeiro e só depois disso e de ter um contrato de arrendamento devidamente feito nas minhas mãos é que lhe mandaria dinheiro.
Só há uma coisa que ainda não percebi bem! É que ela diz que podia ver o apartamento antes de eu enviar o dinheiro: “With this procedure you will be able o check the apartment before I receive the payment.”
Porém, é caso para dizer que se a Internet tem os seus perigos também tens as suas virtudes porque facilmente identificamos os ladrões…
já agora fica aqui mais um que é fraude. este é no Porto, em que a senhora manda exactamente o mesmo email

este o email também é igual mas a senhora é de itália e tem outro nome
estes são apenas dois exemplos, porque há mais, muito mais… o metodo é sempre o mesmo. colocam anuncios de casas muito bonitas, bem mobiladas e equipadas a preços muito convidativos. depois de mostrar interesse recebemos um email simpatico de alguem que nos responde em ingles, que esta algures em itália ou noutro sitio qualquer, e que nos manda a chave e o contrato depois de mandar o dinheiro pela Western Union, com garantia que se não gostar da casa, o dinheiro será devolvido …..
infelizmente deve haver muita gente que cai nisto porque cada vez aparecem mais anuncios destes

Respondi ao e-mail inicial mas quando tentei ver a casa novamente deparei me com 2 casas com o mesmo anuncio mas fotos diferentes.
Não acredito que haja pessoas capaz de se aproveitarem da necessidades dos outros.
Tenham cuidado, se parece muito bom para ser verdade, se calhar é porque é.
