First of all i’m sorry to write you in english but i don’t speak portugal. I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in :Rua da Alegria 1, 4000 Porto. It has 3 rooms : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (80m2 ).
I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Portugal, but now she’s back home permanently, so I’m renting the place for unlimited time.
Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 300 EUR/month. The kaution is also EUR 300,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Portugal, so we won’t disturb you.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Matilda Anderson and I’m a 58 years old graphic designer from London /United Kingdom, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a lovely husband,David and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I’m going to be a grandmother
. Another member of our family is a 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem if you will keep pets.

Esses vigaristas aplicam o mesmo golpe em vários países. Cá no Brasil, em mais de uma capital, também agiram impunemente durante mais de um ano, usando sites de ofertas de imóveis para alugar. O problema é que, como é um crime utilizando a Internet, aplicado remotamente a partir de outro país, fica difícil para autoridades locais coibirem-no. Teria que haver cooperação policial para pegar esses bandidos, que já prejudicaram muitas pessoas.
pena que eu seja uma pessoa desconfiada e na troca de varios emails no qual questiono algumas coisas tenham acabado por desistir de me repsonder…. ainda coloquei a questao ao meu advogado que me disse que nao valeria o esforço de fazer queixa… isso e tipo “mafia” que se espalha se modo incontornavel…. no entanto tenho uma amiga que caiu nesse erro e la foram 500 euros…
as pessoas as vezes, na necssidade de alugarem uma casa, por vezes caem em erros muito comuns… felizmente fui para uma casa legalizada onde a senhoria ate estava incredula com o que se fazia….
que engraçado estes emails…o ano passado, no espaço de 2 meses em que andei a procura de casa, recebi destes emails as dezenas… a mesnagem era sempre a mesma so variava aprofissao e o nome da pessoa….

Tenho a agradecer-vos porque amanhã por esta hora já teria ficado sem 300€! Ainda bem que vim pesquisar…. A história cmg foi exactamente a mesma: mesmo email, mesma história do moneybookers (fazendo um depósito, recebia a chave+contrato, bla,bla,bla…), mas quero chamar a atenção para dois detalhes, que quase me convenceram, e que podem vir a convencer outros também: 1º: o suposto sr. que me fazia o aluguer, enviou por email um passaporte digitalizado, que supostamente era o dele… Eu sei que este tipo de coisas se podem falsificar num pc, mas confesso que fiquei balançada, porque pensei: para quê este trabalho todo só para me roubar 300€?! 2º pormenor: o sr. chegou a mandar-me uma msg de um telemóvel com número inglês! Com esta quase que me convencia mas, para azar dele, eu conheço perfeitamente o prédio onde alegadamente era o apartamento e decidi ir dar uma espreitadela… Ora, acontece que no 4º andar, onde alegadamente era a casa que ele alugava, não havia nenhum aparelho de ar condicionado… Mas ele tinha garantido que a casa tinha AC; resolvi mandar-lhe um mail a pedir a morada exacta do apartamento e ele respondeu que eu depois podia ver esses pormenores no contrato… O facto de ele se esquivar a uma resposta foi o que me deixou definitivamente desconfiada e me fez fazer esta pesquisa. Em boa hora, porque ele já começava a pressionar-me para fazer o depósito!

Da primeira vez não fui em frente por suspeitar e desta vez também suspeitei e pesquisei o e-mail, encontrando esta página. O primeiro era de Alexandra Simpson, como fala a Márcia… Eles andam mesmo aí! Temos de arranjar forma de divulgar isto!

Ou então peçam ajuda a uma empresa credenciada e especializada (Agencia Imobiliaria) para procurar um imóvel, estas sabem se estão a adquirir um imovel legalizado ou não…
Assim evitam qualquer tipo de burlas.
Estas empresas não vos cobram nada pelo serviço,visto quequem paga esse serviço é o proprietario do imovel…

Como se denunciam estas burlas? Infelizmente poderá haver (e já houve pelo que parece) pessoas que acabam por “cair” na armadilha! eu acabei agora de trocar emails com “esses tipos” e acho chocante…já me pedia 1000euros e só desistiu quando pedi o contato da agencia em portugal!

Começei a achar estranho quando disseram que tinham de enviar a chave do apartamento pelo serviço MoneyBookers. Pelo que percebi este serviço existe mesmo e é de confiar só que não fazem entregas deste tipo. Começei a achar muito estranho, por isso solicitei-lhes os contactos para poder falar directamente, só que fugiam sempre à questão. Só falam em como funcionava o serviço, que teria de fazer um depósito e que depois me entregariam a chave, caso eu nao estivesse interessada o dinheiro seria reembolsado por parte MoneyBookers.
Realmente é preciso ter muito cuidado com este tipo de anúncios!

Meu deus,quase cai nessa!!! estava tao entusiasmada :/ filhos da puta, eu nao sei como pode! tem que tirar esses anuncios, isso é crime meu deus, creio que algumas pessoas cairam…
muito triste!!!
Mais uma FRAUDE! Uma amiga minha pediu-me opinião acerca do aluguer de uma casa em Viana e os emails que trocaram são todos iguais a estes e por acaso colocamos no google a morada, pois já estavamos desconfiadas e conseguimos chegar a estes avisos. Como é possível este esquema continuar e ninguém fazer nada! O que poderemos fazer para alertar outras pessoas e porque não retiram os anúncios? No minimo temos que avisar todas as pessoas que conhecemos e assim produzir algum efeito!
Mais um texto igual referido a cima! Entao a historia de querer primeiro o dinheiro e depois é que teria o contrato e a chave é realmente muito estranho por isso é que me vim informar e pelos vistos mais uma burla, desta vez era em bonfim por 330 euros e chamava-se Alexandra e era de Londres. Realmente tem que ser feito alguma coisa porque infelizmente há pessoas que ainda sao enganadas. Deviam mesmo de ser apanhados. Enfim.
Pois então aqui esta mais uma burla igual mas noutro sitio.

A mim aconteceu-me exactamente o mesmo através do site http://pt.anuncioo.com/imobiliario/arrendamento/apartamentos/lisboa/lisboa/t2-em-lisboa-300-euro-per-mes-332530. Felizmente googlei e encontrei-vos. Achei que era impossível àquele preço e muito estranho ela ter comprado apartamento para a filha e não o vender agora que regressou de vez… enfim.
Fiz um pedido de informação e recebi este email com o remetente katherinegough244@hotmail.com:

I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Portugal, but now she’s back home permanently, so I’m renting the place for unlimited time.
Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 300 EUR/month. The kaution is also EUR 300,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Portugal, so we won’t disturb you.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Katherine Gough and I’m a 58 years old graphic designer from London /United Kingdom, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a lovely husband,David and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I’m going to be a grandmother
The only inconvenience is that my job doesn’t allow me to leave London even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I’m in charge of their training.
But this won’t affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from London (on my expense of course).

Eu também fiz o contacto e recebi as respostas acima mencionadas, entretanto, a Sra em questão não pára de me enviar e-mails pedindo dados, transferência bancária, etc. Não percebo como é que o site não retira este anúncio! Eu já respondi dizendo não estar interessada mas continuo a ser incomodada pela pessoa.Entretanto coloquei o nome e morada que ela dá, no google e encontrei estas queixas.
Aconteceu o mesmo, só que sou de São Paulo, Brasil.
Achei tão irreal o valor que resolvi pesquisar e encontrei vcs. Obrigada por compartilharem.

Qn vi um anuncio de um slot para arrendar no Porto por 260e com tudo incluido, pedi imediatamente para ser contactada.
Ontem recebi um email em inglês igual ao de cima, onde a dita Sra. se encontra a viver em Italia/Torino ms o seu nome é Daniela Franz de 58 anos.
Acabei de lhe enviar de volta dois emails em resposta ao q m enviou ontem e fiquei frustrada pq um amigo m falou desta burla assim q partilhei c ele a minha euforia.
Não fui burlada, pq eu só daria o dinheiro depois d ter a chave e assinava os docs na presença da minha advogadas, mas sinto-me profundamente desconfortavel só pelo facto d lhe ter respondido de volta.
Por acaso isto n é caso d policia?

Vi um anuncio desse genero e solicitei visita. Como resposta, recebi um e-mail igualzinho ao acima citado. Para além disso, esta “senhora” respondeu dizendo que tudo seria tratado atraves de uma site, do qual vos deixo o link abaixo.

Ora cá estão mais 3 mails que esta senhora/senhor está a usar para enganar o pessoal, a história é sempre a mesma, letra por letra! As casas são sempre um luxo e o preço sempre irreal de tão barato, o modus operandi é enviar dinheiro e receber um contracto fictício.
Não se deixem enganar!
