Burlas e Fraudes de Imóveis em Sites Gratuitos

Andam a circular em vários sites de anúncios de imóveis, como a Olx, Nuroa, anuncios.pt, etc anúncios de imóveis que são simplesmente falsos.

Nesses websites vi alguns apartamentos no Porto, com preços muitos aliciantes e fotos fantásticas. Estranhei, mas não quis desistir, pois era uma oportunidade única!

Respondi a vários anúncios e obtive resposta apenas a um deles, de um mulher chamada Emma Thorton do Chipre. Os email vinham sempre em inglês.

A primeira resposta que obtive foi muito simpática, mas depois quando pedimos para ver o apartamento, todas as resposta foram direccionadas, única e exclusivamente para a transferência do dinheiro da renda e caução.

Diziam que enviavam as chaves do imóvel através de uma empresa como a fedex e se gostássemos da casa teríamos de depositar imediatamente o dinheiro.

Burla - Arrendamento de Casa
Segundo eles o processo é muito seguro e feito através de uma empresa chamada MoneyBookers. Noutro email já diziam que tínhamos de efectuar o pagamento primeiro, depois enviavam-nos as chaves, e se não gostássemos do imóvel devolviam-nos o dinheiro.

Tive a sorte de ver na net outras pessoas a queixarem-se do mesmo. Tentaram enganar dezenas de pessoas por todo o País, e estrangeiro.

No anúncio que colocam na net tem a morada do imóvel e até nos dizem o nº da porta.

Para ter a certeza fui bater a uma dessas portas, e confirmaram que alguém andava a tentar burlar as pessoas.

É preciso colocar um travão a estas fraudes, ou os sites de anúncios grátis na internet devem tomar alguma medida mais cautelosa.

N.B Hoje mesmo vi as fotos deste imóvel (supostamente no Porto) para outro apartamento em Matosinhos e para arrendar quartos individuais a estudantes.

As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Brazil, so we won’t disturb you.
    You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
    Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Livia Bergon and I’m a 58 years old graphic designer from Manchester/Uk, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
    I have a lovely husband,Mark and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I’m going to be a grandmother :). Another member of our family is a 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem if you will keep pets.
    The only inconvenience is that my job doesn’t allow me to leave Manchester even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I’m in charge of their training.
    But this won’t affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Manchester/Uk (on my expense of course).

Felizmente vi estes comentários mesmo antes de seguir em frente com o processo, como podem ver no email, ja estava na fase final.. mas estranhei quando me pediu que depositasse primeiro o dinheiro e depois receberia as chaves, como é óbvio vim investigar, até porque quando procurei novamente no site OLX o anuncio já não estava disponível, e não faz parte dos meus habitos alugar um apartamento sem seker o ver primeiro, o email k recebi é este:

  8. I want to inform you that REMAX will hold the money until you will confirm to them that you like the apt and keep the keys. If you don’t like it, you only have to return the keys to them after they will refund the money to you and they will deliver the keys back to me on my expense.
    I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen. You will only have to deposit to REMAX Service the first month of rent + security deposit (Finca) – 700 EUR – so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract.

  9. ainda bem que vi esta pagina e os vossos comentarios..Ando á 4 dias a falar com esta “suposta dona de andares” que desta vez se da pelo nome de Rossana Pagnotto e que diz que mora em Atenas..o conteudo dos e-mails pela parte dela é exactamente o mesmo..Neste caso era um apartamento em Loures e pedia 350e de renda,diz que poderiamos tratar de tudo por intermedio da Remax e que poderia obter o contracto e as chaves apos a tranferencia dos ditos euros(feita atraves da Western Union)..e que se n gostasse que a Remax me devolveria o dinheiro. Já nem quero saber,nem me vou dar ao trabalho de lhe responder novamente e vou denunciar isto!

É uma senhora, Chiara Piazza, de Torino. O email que me enviou foi exactamente igual aos que foram acima referidos, achei-a demasiado simpática e prestativa. Antes de enviar a resposta resolvi procurar de novo o anuncio original (no site Coisas.com) e qual não foi o meu espanto quando simplesmente verifiquei que ele já não existia.   14. Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I’m in Manchester/UK already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 330 EUR + 330 security deposit ( kaution ) = (660 euro), with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you.You pay this money just for this time and every month you pay just 330 euro . The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called MoneyBookers which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys. I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment.
