FALSO Apartamento T2 em Lisboa por 300

Hello,
First of all im sorry to write you in english but i dont speak portugal. I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in :Rua Quirino da Fonseca 20. It has 3 rooms : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (82m2 ).
I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Portugal, but now shes back home permanently, so Im renting the place for unlimited time.
Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 300 EUR/month. The kaution is also EUR 300,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Portugal, so we wont disturb you.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Jessica Sheppard and Im a 52 years old graphic designer from Manchester /United Kingdom, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a lovely husband,David and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon Im going to be a grandmother :). Another member of our family is a 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem if you will keep pets.
The only inconvenience is that my job doesnt allow me to leave UK even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and Im in charge of their training.
But this wont affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Manchester (on my expense of course).

Recebi exatamente o mesmo e-mail que as pessoas acima, oferecendo um apartamento na Barra no Rio de Janeiro atravs do site de classificados OLX, mudando o nome da remetente por Sandra Ferreira e o exato mesmo texto modificando apenas o valor por 1000 reais por ms. Estou grato por encontrar este site com denncias sobre o anncio.

  5. Infelizmente j recebi uns poucos mails desses e as histrias so idnticas. Um era de Inglaterra e os outros dois era idnticos s que num morava em Torino e no outro em Atenas. de lamentar que at nestas situaes haja pessoas a enganar os mais necessitados e s espero que ningum caia na armadilha.

Impressionante como existem pessoas agindo de m f, recebemos um anncio deste, como estamos a procura de um apartamento ficamos super felizes, e mantivemos contato com Claudia Bromlwy, ela fala da Inglaterra, e aluga um apartamento aqui no Brasil em bairro nobre. A histria sempre a mesma, com mudana de nomes. Infelizmente caimos no golpe. Precisamos divulgar nas redes sociais, e acionar um comando maior para que possamos nos sentir seguros nos sites de imveis.

Engradao que eu tb, recebi 2 mails referentes a 2 apartamentos que estava interessado em visitar, e as respostas por incrivel que parea sempre em ingls pois as ditas nao falavam portugus, os nomes proprios eram diferentes e os emails tb, mas historio do marido David era a mesma e a da filha Linda tambm,
    Pois como estou perto de itlia, e em concreto perto de torino, propuz-me deslocar para falar com a dita Sra e ai receber as chaves e fazer o pagamento, do apartmento que nao poderia visitar antes de pagar e somente depois receberia as chaves via correio passado 2 dias,
