uma fraude um anncio que pelos vistos corre Portugal inteiro.. o meu caso vi em faro.

The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 300 EUR/month. The kaution is also EUR 300,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Portugal, so we won’t disturb you.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Abela Calabrese and I’m a 58 years old graphic designer from Rome / Italy, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
I have a lovely husband,David and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I’m going to be a grandmother :). Another member of our family is a 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem if you will keep pets.
The only inconvenience is that my job doesn’t allow me to leave Rome even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I’m in charge of their training.
But this won’t affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Rome (on my expense of course).

    Onteontem vi um fabuloso apartamento a 310 euros e recebi a mesma resposta que todos vos, mas desta vez chama se kelly e era de liverpoll. Achei estranho voltar hoje ao coisas.pt e nao encontrar o referido apartamento, sendo que foi removido…pensei enganaram-se e tiraram…coloquei entao a assinatura da suporta alugadora com morada contacto …. 108 Granton Road, Liverpool, England
    L5 6QW, 07774298105 e veio ter aqui…claro que quando esta pessoa me responder que podemos sempre fazer o acordo da entrega das chaves na policia…..este mundo est imundo de gente oportunista….estejam atentos….

  4. Tambm j anda por Aveiro, tenham cuidado e pesquisem sempre muito bem antes de mandar e-mail com os dados. No meu caso foi mais engraado, 2 emails diferentes(eu e uma amiga) para 2apartamentos diferentes que estavam a alugar. Moradas diferentes, apartamentos diferentes, condies espectaculares…supostamente! Qual o nosso espanto com 2respostas praticamente iguais! A desconfiana foi quase imediata…eram demasiadas coincidncias! Felizmente consegui dar conta a tempo e lembrei-me de pesquisar um pouco. Obrigado a todos pela partilha… sempre bom desconfiar quando a esmola demais!

    The one month’s rent is 310 euros and including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, Community, etc.).
    I want to inform you that MoneyBookers will hold the money until you will confirm to them that you like the apt and keep the keys. If you don’t like it, you only have to return the keys to them after they will refund the money to you and they will deliver the keys back to me on my expense.
    I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen. You will only have to deposit to MoneyBookers Service the first month of rent + security deposit – 620 EUR – so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract.
    Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away. I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
    1 – To start this transaction I will need to know your full shipping information, full name, full shipping address and phone number to proceed with this deal .

El Kaution tambin 470 euros, y te lo devuelve, cuando usted decide dejar el apartamento (que tendr que darme por lo menos 30 das de antelacin). En cuanto a m, puede estar seguro de que nunca le pedir que abandone el apartamento. Mi hija est construyendo su vida aqu, y yo estoy demasiado vieja para ir a Espaa.
    Puede utilizar mis muebles, o tambin puede utilizar el suyo si lo prefiere. Si usted decide usar el suyo, usted tendr acceso a una bodega muy grande y bien ventilada, donde puedes guardar mis muebles.

  10. Eu vi o anuncio e achei que se tinham enganado a escrever o preo, at que recebi o email de uma querida senhora Agnnes de 58 anos de Torino. Ela ofericia-me um belissimo apartamento no Estoril por 350e mobilado e equipado e com todas as despesas (gua/luz/gas, net/tv) incluido..alm de um lugar de estacionamento e garagem!!
    Obvio que no acredito em milgres e fui pesquisar a senhora e como j esperava encontrei esta pgina!

Esat foi a ltima, ams posso dar mais exemplos de anncios destes, sendo certo que quando comeamos a fazer mais perguntas e a pr em causa o envio de dinheiro sem quaisquer garantias e sem sequer ver a casa, eles simplesmente deixam de responder e anulam o annico naquele site e passam para outro. No link em baixo est o exemplo de uma casa, em que a histria era a mesma relatada nos anteriores comentrios feitos nesta pgina mas a senhora estava em inglaterra, quando comecei a fazer perguntas deixou de responder e automaticamente o anncio desapareceu do site “coisas” e foi colocado no olx.

    Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I’m in Torino / Italy already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 290 EUR + 290 security deposit ( Fianza ) = (580 euro), with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you.You pay this money just for this time and every month you pay just 290 euro . The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well.     Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I’m in Torino / Italy already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 265 EUR + 265 security deposit ( Fianza ) = (530 euro), with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you.You pay this money just for this time and every month you pay just 265 euro . The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called MoneyBookers which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys.     The only inconvenience is that my job doesn’t allow me to leave Rome even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I’m in charge of their training.

  30. A mim tambm me mandou um mail, mas era de Torino.. Como eu morei no estrangeiro e falo Ingles fiz me de interessada de na 1 resposta para ver ate que ponto ela ia, dps quando enviou a mensagem a pedir transferencia respondi-lhe assim…

    Seriously you must think Im a fool. Before I responded I searched online to see if there was any information on you, and boy did I find some.. All scams… Im sure the police will appreciate to see all of your mails to other people and all your known aliases. Its nauseating to see how far some scumbags like you will go to try to take advantage of people who dont realize they are being fooled into fraudulent scams. Next time be careful whom you contact because it can bite you in the ass!!

    First of all i’m sorry to write you in english but i don’t speak portugal. I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in : Rua Da Repblica, 910, Postal Code: 4450, urb. Edificio Rotunda, Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal. It has 3 rooms : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (71 m2 ).
    I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Portugal, but now she’s back home (Rome/italy) permanently, so I’m renting the place for unlimited time.
    Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
    The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 290 EUR/month. The kaution is also 290,00 EUR, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Portugal, so we won’t disturb you.
    You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
